I would like to express that deciding to participate in therapy with me will be an opportunity for you to learn new and more effective ways to manage challenging situations, to develop the necessary executive function skills and assertive communication skills, to build a sense of personal identity in which you identify and integrate positive aspects of your experience, and of course, to decrease your level of stress so your life will be much calmer every day. I would feel honored to have the opportunity to facilitate this journey with the purpose of creating a life with meaning, promoting resilience. facilitating focus on the present, strengthening relationships and learning to regulate and express your internal experience.
